Anthony Davis-Howell

Customer Service Specialist – Surgical Instrument Repair

Anthony’s responsibilities at Ternio include creating work orders for all incoming repairs, following up with customers on the status of their instruments, and delivering/picking up repairs directly from customers. These are some interesting and surprising things you should know about Anthony:

  • Anthony is a deacon at his church.
  • He is shorter than his wife.
  • He loves long distance running for cardio.
  • He is a sports junkie; competition is the best!
  • Anthony is an avid reader and loves documentary films.

Herson Carballo

Lab Manager – Surgical Instrument Repair

Here are a few surprising facts about Herson:

  • Originally from Costa Rica, Herson taught himself English by watching movies in English with English subtitles turned on.
  • Action movies and martial arts are his favorite movie genres.
  • He once had a car crash right into the kitchen of his home.

Patsy Mendiola

Business Manager

Patsy brought her 19 years of experience in medical supply distribution when joining Ternio in 2015. That experience included responsibilities in Purchasing, Contracts, and Account Receivables. She provides office support and customer service to the Ternio team and customers. These are some interesting and surprising things you should know about Patsy:

  • Patsy is a native Texan
  • She is fluent is Spanish and enjoys traveling to historical sites around Texas.
  • Patsy is grateful to God for her family. Her husband sons and Australian cattle dogs provide a daily dose of fun, patience, and infinite love.
  • Her interest in genealogy has led her to discover that she is descended from Puritans who arrived in America in 1630, and that she shares DNA with King Louis XVI!

Bob Baxby

Field Service Trainer/Instrument Repair Specialist

Stuff you should know about Bob:

  • Bob hails from Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Naturally, he loves the beach!
  • Bob lives in the country and wouldn’t have it any other way.
  • He loves to prospect for gold.
  • He’s the “daddy” of two beautiful English Bulldogs, Diesel and Georgia.

Jesse Grover

Rigid Endoscope Repair and Restoration Specialist

Jesse prides himself on the quality of his work, because he understands that for the surgical team to do their job, he first must do his. The higher the quality of his work, the greater the assurance of a positive surgical outcome. He approaches his job with the mindset of knowing that every instrument that he puts his hands on could be used to operate on a family member or a friend. Get to know Jesse:

  • Jesse is a car enthusiast, who enjoys autocross and all things racing-related.
  • A tech fanatic, Jesse builds custom computers for fun and enjoys keeping old cell phones usable.
  • He is a world traveler and has lived in the Philippines, South Korea, United Arab Emirates, Afghanistan, and Kuwait.
  • Plants and home-cooked meals are his thing!
  • When he’s not working or traveling, you can find Jesse in, at, or at least near the water. Kayaking, fly-fishing, snorkeling, or simply hanging out at the beach are among his favorite things to do.
