Marketing Director


Are you a marketing agency account executive or media sales/marketing professional with 6 to 10 years of experience? Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this position will:

  • Have proven experience and success in B2B marketing strategies and tactics for healthcare related products and services.
  • Have a Bachelor’s degree (B A.) from a four-year college or university and at least six year’s related marketing experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • Have specific experience in marketing intangible ideas/concepts/solutions to C-level hospital and healthcare executives.
  • Have experience/familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) and marketing automation software.
  • Have experience with, and solid working knowledge of online marketing tactics and tools (e.g., WordPress, social media, Google Business Profile, online reputation management, etc.).
  • Be highly motivated and self-directed.
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with company leadership and external marketing vendors/consultants on the development and implementation of marketing and PR programs and campaigns.
  • Provide regular updates regarding progress, direction, and obstacles within the marketing process.
  • Represent company leadership and participate in regular, periodic meetings with marketing and PR vendors and consultants.
  • Work closely with the national sales team, providing marketing intelligence, support and guidance to in matters related to efforts to acquire new clients among large groups and hospital systems.
  • Manage and maximize the potential of the company’s marketing opportunities using its SharpSpring marketing automation/CRM software.
  • In coordination with Ternio’s marketing agency and related vendors, research, assess, recommend, and implement viable marketing and PR opportunities designed to accelerate company growth and innovation.

In the newly created role of Marketing Director, you will work alongside company leadership to identify and capitalize upon opportunities to enhance the awareness and reputation of the Ternio Group among its target market of large primary care facilities and hospital systems, specifically among industry supply chain decision makers and influencers.

The qualified candidate has demonstrated experience and success in healthcare and/or related B2B marketing, branding, and public relations. In addition to a hands-on role in the implementation of marketing, PR, and marketing automation tactics, you will also be responsible for maintaining the strategic alignment and coordination of marketing and public relations programs and campaigns, as well as reporting regularly on their progress and performance.

Ternio has facilities in Houston and San Antonio, Texas. This position can be based in either of these locations. Remote working is also an option for the right candidate.
